In this unit we will be looking at how these compounds are named (nomenclature) and how their formulas are constructed. There are rules, in fact it feels like a lot of rules, but we will practice a lot to the point it feels like second nature.
Then there are the chemical reactions, the fun stuff. We'll be experimenting with them, which I'm sure you will find fun, AND identifying them from chemical equations, which I'm equally sure you will find a little less fun, but I do try to liven it up with dancing and relationships.
